Have you ever felt your bones singing? Have you experienced a moment where something rises up in you that is completely present and ready to participate in life?
I design yoga classes to invite all of you onto the same page, so that body and mind sing in harmony. We focus on external alignment, and internal breath and awareness, as we move through a connected series of poses, balancing, creative transitions, and some longer holds to build strength and focus. My goal is for you to emerge cleansed, energized, supple, a little taller, with some new ideas for you deepening your yoga practice. The more you own your practice, the more of you shows up to the mat. The more of you shows up to the mat, the more of you shows up to life.
